Cranfield University Students Visit Kenyon
25 February 2014 | Kenyon International Emergency Services
Kenyon was pleased to welcome Cranfield University students to the Bracknell, UK, offices on Tuesday as part of their Mass Fatality Incidents module. Kenyons Robert Rowntree and Tom Garner presented quite a bit of information about how mass fatality responses work, including a tour of the Kenyon's UK warehouse and Emergency Operations Center. The Cranfield students represented very diverse backgrounds, including someone from the Los Angeles County Coroner's office, a Royal Air Force Accident Investigator and one person who deals with accident investigation at Budapest Airport in Hungary. Kenyon hosts many such visits from area universities to share real-world experience with students from many areas of study.
Pictured below, Robbie Rowntree, Kenyon's Director of Operations and Repatriations gives the Cranfield students a tour of Kenyon's extensive facility in Bracknell.
Tom Garner also gave the Cranfield students a tour, to include introducing them to how Kenyon runs an Emergency Operations Center.
