Training with Aer Lingus
13 January 2014 | Kenyon International Emergency Services
Mr. Jim Rogers (center), the newly-appointed Emergency Response Manager for Irish flag-carrier Aer Lingus, received a number of one-to-one training sessions at our Bracknell, UK office. Kenyon Associate David Herriman (right) drew upon his decades of experience to provide real-life examples and consider best practices in crisis management with Mr Rogers. The Principles of Aviation Crisis Management and Emergency Response Planning were combined with Go Team and Humanitarian Assistance presentations to provide a solid grounding in airline emergency response procedures, international legislation and Kenyon services.
Following the presentation of his end-of-course certificate, Mr. Rogers expressed his thanks to David Herriman and Kenyon Consultancy Manager Gavin Solomon (left), stating that this had been a thoroughly involving and extremely useful package of courses, which he recommended for any Emergency Manager.
