2015 Queen's Birthday Honors

12 June 2015 | London, UK

Congratulations to Detective Inspector Howard Way on being awarded an Order of the British Empire (OBE). Detective Inspector Way is part of the UK Disaster Victim Identification (DVI) team, National Police Coordination Centre (NPoCC). The OBE was awarded as part of the 2015 Queen's Birthday Honours on 12 June 2015.

At Kenyon, we're happy to see the Queen's recognition of the importance of efficient and accurate DVI. Each improvement to DVI makes the process better for the families affected. In Way's own words, "The UK’s ability to respond to mass fatality incidents relies on a significant team effort involving many people, all trying to do their very best for the families concerned.”
