Robert Jensen to Speak at HRSouthwest
Dallas, 26 September 2016 – Robert A. Jensen, CEO of Kenyon International Emergency Services, will hold a risk management session as part of the 75th annual HRSouthwest Conference on 18 October at the Fort Worth Convention Center. The session will provide insight on how human resources professionals effectively respond to and manage the death of employees well beyond the first few hours of crisis.
In his discussion, Mr. Jensen will provide tips on setting and managing the expectations of the affected families, coworkers, and the public. He will also cover how to implement a plan of action to assist the affected’s transition from what was normal to the new normal without their loved one or colleague.
