The session titled Human Resources (HR) in Crisis Management will teach participants how to prepare for the loss of an employee or a workplace death and how to set and manage the expectations of the family, coworkers and the public through having a strategic plan, resources, and knowledge of what to expect before something happens. The session also prepares participants to respond with compassion while supporting business operations. The session is eligible for continuing education credits.
