Kenyon has five regional Customer Care Specialists distributed all around the world.
The Kenyon Customer Care Team is here to help and support all Kenyon clients. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service, and develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with you. We reach out regularly by phone and email to check in and see how everything is going, answer any questions or concerns you have, and make sure you have everything you need. Items we might provide include your Kenyon Activation Manuals and your company login credentials for the client-only section of the Kenyon Website, where you’ll find many resources to help with your emergency planning. Shona Day is the Customer Care Specialist in the Bracknell, UK, office. As Kenyon’s client base continues to grow, we understand how important it is to support our international presence across multiple industry markets.
