Holly Todd

Holly Todd is Kenyon’s North American Customer Care Representative, supporting Kenyon’s client base in the United States and Canada. Holly’s priority is to provide excellent customer service in an effort to develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with our clients.

Holly’s background consists of working as a Procurement Specialist in the oil and gas industry for Schlumberger’s Supply Chain division. During which, she developed contract negotiation and project management skills.

Prior to working for Schlumberger, Holly worked as an NOC Technical Analyst, where she monitored and repaired multiple platforms on Sprint’s backbone network for facility or system failure. After which she was promoted to a Technical Support Engineer, where she fully supported all of Sprint’s Wireline Network Control Centers, both domestic and international.

Holly’s strong customer support background has been refined through her successful execution of project management and highly technical skills while identifying and mapping out solutions to customer needs.
