Irma Alcazar

Based in Mexico City, Irma Alcazar has over 35 years of professional experience in the aviation industry. Irma is a Crisis Management Associate for Kenyon, delivering training in both English and Spanish, as well as the Customer Care Representative for both Central and South America. In September 2017, she became Kenyon’s Team Member Regional Coordinator for Central America.

Irma has a degree in Psychology and is currently studying for a Masters in High Level Management. She also has diplomas in Thanatology and Neurolinguistic Programming, as well as a technical degree in Administration.

Irma is an airline counsellor for Emergency Response Planning and Grief and Mourning Private Practice. She is also a regular speaker, trainer, facilitator, instructor and participant in national and international meetings regarding Psychology, Thanatology, Mourning and Grief Counselling, Crisis Management and Family Assistance for several institutions such as Colegio de Pilotos Aviadores de Mexico (Professional Pilots Trade), AMTAC Asociación Mexicana de Tanatologia (Mexican Thanatology Association), as well for several private and governmental health and aviation-related institutions.

Irma has deployed on behalf of Kenyon as a SAT Member, SAT Member Coordinator and has also provided both Family Assistance and Mental Health services. Her deployments have taken her all over the world, including but not limited to Charlotte, North Carolina; Tripoli, Libya; San Andres Island and Bogota, Colombia; and Madrid and Las Palmas of Gran Canaria, Spain.
