Jahaira Guzman
International Call Center Manager

Jahaira has been a certified Kenyon International Call Center Trainer since 2007. She joined Kenyon in 2010 at our Santiago location in the Dominican Republic. Jahaira assisted in the relocation of our call center, and the seamless transfer of the services from Santiago to Santo Domingo in 2012. She is our on site manager for call center activations, providing personal oversight to all aspects of the call center operations including training, activation, staffing, telecommunications and related technology. Jahaira utilizes her experience as a preschool and elementary teacher as well as a quality assurance and training manager to develop training and quality assurance procedures.

Jahaira is an expert in our Kenyon Response™ software and is responsible for training all the call center employees in its use and application. She has also been integral in our testing efforts as we continue to develop and enhance Kenyon Response™.

Jahaira is one of our multi-lingual employees fluent in both Spanish and English. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from la Universidad Nacional Pedro Henriquez Urena (UNPHU) in Santo Domingo, The Dominican Republic.
