Crisis Management Training with Menzies Aviation
12 November 2013 | Kenyon International Emergency Services
In November, Kenyon Senior Associate Mike Seear and Kenyon Consultancy Manager Gavin Solomon delivered an input-response simulation exercise to Menzies Aviation, a global ground handling company based in Feltham, UK. Designed and constructed over six weeks, the exercise ran for a total of six and a half hours and involved both the Menzies Aviation Crisis Management Center (CMC) in Feltham and their air station at Toulouse Airport in France.
At the hour-long post-exercise debriefing, the company’s verdict was that their crisis management organization had achieved a quantum jump in emergency response expertise. Pictured above are the Exercise Control staff led by Gavin Solomon and below is the Menizes Aviation CMC where Mike Seear was the CMC Observer/Exercise Director.
