Kenyon Visits Aelia Assurances Headquarters for Two Days of Training

“Une classe très compétente et très sympa!” – Crisis Communications Workshop Attendee
Aelia Assurances, an aviation insurance broker, partnered with Kenyon earlier this year for two days of training that included Kenyon’s 12 Principles of Crisis Management on the first day and a crisis communications workshop on the second. Executive and upper management level representatives from seven different helicopter and private jet organizations participated in the daylong workshops provided in French by Kenyon Associates Alessandra Ferri and Nathalie Raingeard Lopes.
It was very clear on both days that preparedness and training were important to all involved and their cooperation and good humor throughout the training emphasized that. Participants were very interested in the information provided by Alessandra and Nathalie.
A highlight of the training came with the help of Camera Support Specialist Julia Slater. Participants had the opportunity to train on camera during the crisis communications workshop and while being recorded was a first for many, everyone completed the training successfully, gaining useful, practical experience should they ever personally need to face the media in a crisis.
