Kenyon International Emergency Services, the leading full spectrum provider of disaster response services, and part of Air Partner Group (A Wheels Up Company), today announces the appointment of Charlotte Fox as Commercial Director, further strengthening the Kenyon Team. 
Charlotte will be responsible for strategic oversight of Kenyon’s Commercial Function, whereby she will develop and implement commercial strategies in line with company objectives, aimed at accelerating growth.
Charlotte has over 20 years commercial and strategic leadership experience, working primarily at executive level with founders, boards and senior leadership teams. Charlotte has held senior leadership roles in both large global organisations and entrepreneurial ventures, including her time as Vice President of Sales & Marketing (EMEA) at Wolverine Worldwide, where she oversaw distributor partnerships. Charlotte later founded Henry Fox, a specialist head hunting consultancy, and more recently, through her consultancy The Smart Connection, she’s supported a diverse range of companies as an embedded Chief Growth Officer—developing high-performing teams, sharpening commercial strategy, and helping businesses operate more effectively.
