This course for new Kenyon members covers the essentials of crisis communications management. It gives staff a brief overview of all of the elements required to communicate successfully in the aftermath of a crisis. This introduction to crisis communications helps organisations understand how to respond effectively following a disaster, in addition to the planning, training and testing that must be carried out. This course acts as a starting point for staff involved in creating or updating their company’s crisis communications programme.
